FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Vapormatt showcases standard automatic wet blasting range at MACH 2026
We aren’t just the world’s leading wet blasting company. We brought wet blasting to the world.
Hall 6, Stand 313, NEC Birmingham, 20 to 24 April 2026

Vapormatt will exhibit at MACH 2026 at the NEC Birmingham from 20 to 24 April, showcasing the most comprehensive range of standard wet blasting machines available. The stand at Hall 6, stand 313, will feature a Puma machine on display with a full team ready to discuss surface finishing challenges.

Wet blasting combines abrasive, water, compressed air and detergent into a high-velocity jet, degreasing, cleaning and finishing in a single operation and delivering the finest satin finish or the roughest surface preparation depending on the application. No other process eliminates so much: no dust, no heat build-up, sparks or burn, no static, no media embedment and no pre-washing required.

At MACH 2026, Vapormatt will be highlighting its new approach to wet blasting automation. The Puma+ is a standard, self-contained automatic wet blasting machine available in horizontal, vertical, satellite and barrel configurations, designed for manufacturers considering the step from manual to automatic wet blasting. For AM post-processing applications, a new Puma variant featuring a world-first lift in, lift out barrel will also be on display, bridging automatic batch processing and flexible manual operation in a single machine.

Ryan Ashworth, Head of Sales and Marketing at Vapormatt, commented: “The Puma+ represents everything we believe automatic wet blasting should be. Simple to specify, easy to operate and fast to justify commercially. We have taken decades of process knowledge and put it into standard machines that are accessible to a much wider range of manufacturers than has historically been the case, and the result is a Puma+ range: everything you need and nothing you don’t.”
Come and talk to us at Hall 6, stand 313. There is always more to wet blasting than people expect.
