Task  Connect with your clients and prospects and invite them to MACH! Easter week is a peak time for engagement, so make sure your clients are registering!  
Why is it important?  Getting a good return on investment for the show is all about making connections with both current clients and new prospects.   You have a connection with them, you have the product and services they want to see – an invitation to register that comes from you rather than us is the best way to encourage them to attend.    
How to guide/Advice  All the systems and extras that we provide to support exhibitors in inviting their clients and prospects are free of charge and easy to use.   Please see the detailed breakdown below:  
  1. Professionally designed email invitations and social media collateral

If you don’t have a design team or are not confident about getting something correctly laid out for social media then we can do it for you. An example of a generic advert is attached but we add your logo and stand number for you to personalise it

  1. Advice on email invitations

If you are inviting your connections via an email then we recommend you include the following information:

  1. Your Unique Registration URL

If you use this special registration link you can track who has registered for the show through your invitation- this is a great way to ensure your VIPs are going to be there, track the success of your marketing and arrange meetings in advance.

  1. Pre-Book Parking

Remind your clients to pre-book their parking at the NEC using this link:

This will benefit both the visitor, who will get a discount off the price and you as those who have pre-booked parking are less likely to change their plans and not attend.
