MACH is rapidly approaching so you should have your preparation for the show well underway and we hope it is going well!
We are getting a high volume of queries through to the MACH Team at the moment so I would like to remind everyone that all the previous Tasks and Notes from the Organisers are listed in the Help Library on your profile and the Exhibitor Manual has a search function to help you find answers. As we get closer to the show it may well be quicker to look there for answers first.
Parking will be the subject of next month’s task so if you have a question on that please hold off until the guide is issued or consult the ‘Parking’ section on the Exhibitor Manual.

| Task | Familiarise yourself with the data capture systems for the show. Data capture has been rolled out across the show for 2024 so everyone has access to it, so it is worth seeing how it can enhance your presence at the show. How the system works for users has altered since 2022 so it is worth taking a look early and getting familiar with the new interface. |
| Why is it important? | The Data Capture system is a key part of your return on investment for the show, it enables you to collect visitor information, tag important leads, create QR codes with product information that visitors can collect. Our system is GDPR compliant and updates in live time so you don’t need to wait until post show to start following up with potential clients. |
| How to guide/Advice | This is a complex one so I have created a separate PDF guide for you to download – please see the attached. UPDATE: please note in the attached guide the wording of the ‘allow capture leads’ function has been updated to ‘allow make connections’ |

26|01|2024 – Complete your company profile on the Exhibitor Dashboard. If this isn’t completed by this date we cannot guarantee it will be in the printed guide
31|01|2024 – Exhibitor Access Wristbands, all exhibitors need to complete this form so please help us by hitting the deadlines
31|01|2024 – Contractor Access Wristbands, if you have third party contractors that need access to site during build/break please make sure that you email them the form link so they can order their wristbands to be sent to them direct
