Our task of the month for August has an operational focus so I will take a moment to remind you of the two operational tasks that have been issued so far:

  1. Log into the E-Zone on the MACH website – we keep track of when everyone last logged into the system so I can see lots of people haven’t yet. Other systems like the exhibitor manual and data capture portal are accessed via the E-Zone so I highly recommend getting your login sorted early.
  2. Book accommodation – it fills up fast so if you don’t have yours sorted I strongly suggest you do it sooner rather than later, we have an accommodation page if you need help.

A reminder – you can use the help section on the E-zone to check back on any of the previous tasks and get up to speed.

Focus | Operations

Task                       Book your staff places on the Exhibitor Information Day, especially useful for new staff, those unfamiliar with exhibitions or anyone in need of a refresher course on all things MACH/ESC.   Date: 30th November Location NEC, Birmingham  
Why is it important?The seminar is free to attend and is an efficient way to get an overview of how systems work at MACH, pick up marketing tips to maximise your company’s ROI and quiz the official MACH contractors on specific issues or questions.   I’ll be there along with the rest of the MACH Team as well to help answer your questions.

Whilst you are booking things, I would also like to inform you that the MTA’s Annual Dinner will once again be taking place at MACH on Thursday 18th April. The event is business dress so those working at the exhibition can attend without hassle.

I’m also pleased to announce that non-member exhibitors can book at the Member’s discounted price until the end of the year so book early to secure the best rate.
