TextureJet, a leader in precision surface engineering, has unveiled the latest evolution of its flagship technology: the next-generation STAT® machine. The updated system delivers enhanced performance in a streamlined, compact design — offering manufacturers greater flexibility, usability, and control than ever before.

At the heart of every TextureJet solution, the STAT® unit acts as the control hub — managing electrolyte flow, power supply, and the intelligent, recipe-driven operating system. Designed for ease of use, operators simply select the process type and part profile before pressing Go, allowing for consistent, risk-free machining across a wide range of surface finishing applications.

The newly upgraded STAT® machine has been re-engineered to fit seamlessly into modern production environments. With a reduced 0.49 m² footprint, the system is compact enough to pass through a standard doorway, making installation and relocation easier than ever.

Other new features include:

  • Streamlined, space-efficient design
  • Full HD 19″ touch screen with a brand-new, intuitive interface
  • Upgraded filtration system with fully user-serviceable filter replacements
  • Single-cable connectivity for rapid integration with a range of bespoke accessories

“Manufacturers told us they wanted even greater flexibility without compromise,” said Jonathon Mitchell-Smith, CEO of TextureJet. “This next-generation STAT® delivers that — a compact, smart, and powerful system that adapts effortlessly to changing production needs.”

Fully compatible with TextureJet’s range of modular accessories, the new STAT® machine automatically detects connected units and configures system settings accordingly. This creates a truly versatile, multi-purpose platform that can be rapidly switched between different finishing operations — from delicate surface refinement to more intensive treatments.

With its combination of intelligent control, compact footprint, and future-ready connectivity, the new STAT® reinforces TextureJet’s commitment to simplifying precision manufacturing while expanding what’s possible in surface finishing.
