GH Induction presents the renewed inKompac Essential at the fair, reinforcing the product’s positioning as the easiest way to switch to induction heating with a compact, efficient and user-focused solution.
The inKompac Essential range is designed as a single-output configuration for applications that require the essential advantages of induction without unnecessary complexity, while maintaining speed, precision and reliability. It covers medium- and high-frequency applications with medium-low power ratings, helping manufacturers adjust investment and minimise total cost of ownership.
A key strength of the solution is its complete ecosystem of components, optimised to work together: generator, heating station, process and inductor. Cooling system is an option.
Within this concept, the heating station adapts the electrical characteristics of the inductor to those of the generator in order to maximise efficiency. For manual heating applications, the IK-E 15MF can be equipped with an ergonomic GHT (Grip Hand Tool), featuring a handle and display to improve operator comfort and usability during daily work.
Beyond its compact design, inKompac Essential is built on GH’s SiC-based and fully digital control platform, enabling high efficiency, precise parameter monitoring and stable process quality. The range includes 15 kW at 10–25 kHz, 25 kW at 10–25 kHz, and 18 kW at 150–250 kHz. It also incorporates SIEMENS PLC control with a 7-inch touch screen, FPGA and 32-bit ARM-based electronics, and local or remote operation via Profinet, making it suitable for both straightforward deployment and industrial integration.
With this renewed presentation, GH Induction underlines inKompac Essential not only as a compact induction generator, but as a practical and accessible solution designed around real production needs: efficient heating, simple operation, ergonomic manual use and reliable industrial performance.
