MATSUURA TO SHOWCASE ADVANCED AUTOMATION, 5-AXIS AND ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY AT MACH 2026
Matsuura will return to MACH in April 2026 with the largest stand in their history of exhibiting at MACH, with a major showcase of advanced automation, live 5-axis machining and industrial additive manufacturing at the NEC Birmingham. Exhibiting on Stand 20-130, the company will once again demonstrate its leadership in high-precision, automated CNC machining and additive manufacturing solutions.
A major focus of Matsuura’s MACH 2026 presence will be the MAM72-70V PC6, a capable and proven high-performance multi-axis machining centres. Designed specifically for demanding aerospace, medical, motorsport and high-precision engineering applications, the MAM72-70V combines exceptional rigidity, stability and accuracy with Matsuura’s renowned automation expertise.
With its integrated pallet system and ability to machine large, complex components up to Ф630 × H450mm and weighing 500kg in a single setup, the MAM72-70V PC6 delivers outstanding spindle utilisation, repeatability and unmanned production capability, making it a cornerstone investment for manufacturers seeking maximum productivity and long-term reliability.
Also taking centre stage on the stand will be the Matsuura MX-520T PC7, a highly versatile and palletised 5-axis milling and turning machining centre. Throughout the show, the MX-520T will be cutting metal live, giving visitors a first-hand view of its capability, accuracy and surface finish in a real production environment. Designed to offer true 5-axis milling and turning integration and performance with excellent accessibility and automation readiness, the MX-520T is ideally suited to subcontractors and OEMs operating in high-mix, low-volume environments while maintaining the robustness and precision expected from the Matsuura name.
Live machining will also be demonstrated on the globally best-selling MX-330 PC10, showcasing Matsuura’s proven 10-pallet automation platform in action. The MX-330 PC10 continues to be a popular choice for UK manufacturers seeking affordable, reliable and highly productive automated unmanned 5-axis machining, and its presence at MACH will highlight just how flexible and efficient palletised automation can be in real-world production – see our customer videos on YouTube to attest to this.
Also feature on the stand will be the Muratec MT200GT2 twin spindle lathe. The MT200GT2 demonstrates high-speed, high-accuracy turning capability and reflects the role of advanced CNC lathes within modern, automated production environments.
In addition to CNC machining, Matsuura will once again highlight its additive manufacturing expertise as an award-winning reseller of HP industrial 3D printing technology.
MACH 2026 will see the debut appearance of an HP FDM 3D printer – the IF600HT, alongside the proven HP MJF 5420 platform and HP workstation. Also on show: the HP IF 3D Printer 600 HT 3D printer – delivering a vast spectrum of new materials that can be processed by HP’s world beating 3D print technology. Live showcasing of a new vapour fuse machine from DyeMansion – the VX-1, will also take place live, post-processing a handle that is used on the VX-1 – printed by a HP 5600 MJF 3D printer.
Visitors will be able to view a vast array of real customer parts and explore how additive manufacturing can be integrated alongside CNC machining to optimise component design, reduce lead times and improve overall manufacturing efficiency – and deliver more profit for every component made.
Throughout the exhibition, Matsuura’s technical specialists will be on hand to discuss automation strategies, unmanned machining, return on investment and application-specific solutions, providing practical insight into how Matsuura technology is being successfully deployed across UK and global manufacturing sectors.
Visitors are invited to experience Matsuura’s latest machining and additive innovations on Stand 20-130 at MACH 2026.
