Haas Automation to Showcase Latest CNC Technology at MACH 2024
Haas Automation, the leading provider of CNC machine tools, is pleased to announce its participation in MACH 2024, the premier manufacturing technologies event, held at the NEC in Birmingham. The exhibition will take place from 15-19 April 2024 and will provide a platform for Haas Automation UK to showcase its latest innovations and engage with industry professionals.
At MACH 2024, Haas Automation will proudly present an impressive lineup of CNC machines, highlighting the company’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of precision engineering and manufacturing. Among the featured machines is the much-anticipated TM-0P Toolroom Mill, designed to meet the evolving needs of modern machining.
The TM-0P is the true definition of value, providing full CNC capabilities, including available 4th- and 5th-axis functionality, at affordable prices. They combine the precision control of the Haas CNC system with the convenience of a manual machine, and are easy to learn and operate even without knowledge of G-code. It includes a 10-pocket automatic tool changer, a faster spindle, and higher rapids.
The exhibition will also feature the VF-2SSYT with 3+1 Pallet Pool, a versatile solution that combines efficiency with flexibility. Whether you’re doing high-volume production runs, high-mix/low-volume machining, or just want to run lights-out, our fully integrated pallet pool systems can boost your productivity. They integrate seamlessly with the Haas control, which includes a simplified Pallet Schedule Table that allows pallet-scheduling functions from a single dedicated screen.
Additionally, Haas Automation will showcase the 5-axis UMC-750 and Super Speed VF-4SS vertical, demonstrating their capabilities in delivering high-quality results across various applications.
A highlight of the exhibition will be the introduction of the new ST-15Y Y-axis lathe equipped with a BMT45 turret. This lathe is poised to redefine turning operations with its advanced features and precision. All showcased machines will be in operation, providing real-world demonstrations of their metal-cutting capabilities.
Visitors to the Haas Automation UK booth at MACH 2024 will have the opportunity to engage with experts and discuss their CNC requirements. The company encourages attendees to explore trade-in deals and learn about flexible finance options, emphasising its commitment to supporting businesses in adopting state-of-the-art manufacturing solutions.
