August 14, 2025 – KENT, Wash.– Flow International Corporation, the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet cutting solutions, is making a major statement at FABTECH 2025 with the official unveiling of the next-generation Flow NX Pro, a complete reinvention of waterjet technology, alongside two powerful new solution additions: Flow’s LZR Fiber Laser and HyperBend™ Press Brake.

“At Flow, we’ve always pushed the boundaries of what’s possible with waterjet, and the innovation continues,” said Brian Sherick, Global President at Flow. “We’re beyond excited to introduce a formidable lineup of cutting and forming solutions designed to give manufacturers and fabricators total flexibility and control, whether it’s waterjet, laser, or press brake, all backed by the service and expertise our customers count on.”

In booth A4560, attendees will see Flow’s breakthrough lineup live and in action.

• NX Pro Waterjet System – A complete reengineering of waterjet technology from the ground up. This enclosed system features the industry’s first automated abrasive recycling system, energy-saving pump technology, and a new modern software upgrade designed for intuitive programming and real-time simulation.

• LZR Fiber Laser System – Designed for high-speed, high-volume cutting, the LZR combines power levels up to 20kW with a dual-drive gantry and fast automatic shuttle tables for continuous, high-throughput performance. The LZR delivers smooth edges, minimal downtime, and reliable repeatability at production scale.

• HyperBend™ Press Brake – Built for precision and performance, the HyperBend makes it easy to form complex parts, from boxes and frames to structural components, with accuracy and repeatability. Designed for modern fabrication needs, it delivers the speed, control, and flexibility today’s shops demand.

With fully integrated cutting and forming solutions, Flow is giving fabricators the power to work faster, scale smarter, and form and fabricate without limitations. “There’s massive innovation happening behind the scenes at Flow, all focused on solving real challenges our customers face every day,” said Sherick. “With three incredible new systems — waterjet, laser, and press brake — we’re delivering solutions that cut costs, reduce waste, and eliminate downtime across the entire shop. This is all about giving customers the solutions they need to move faster, work smarter, and stay ahead.”
