Process Monitoring Systems maXYmos – XY process monitoring system

The XY monitors of the maXYmos BL, maXYmos TL and maXYmos NC families for process monitoring allow to check and evaluate the quality of a product or production step on the basis of a curve. The user can apply evaluation objects in order to adapt the curve evaluation to the individual monitoring task. Based on this specification, the maXYmos BL, TL and NC can check each workpiece and decide whether the part is good or bad. The maXYmos TL ML process monitoring system is designed to meet the needs of medical device manufacturers in particular.

In addition to its test automation portfolio, we also offer a special laser marking system for continuously produced series parts (marking on the fly). Its purpose: to meet requirements for product traceability. Specialized software, high-performance industrial computers and highly efficient controls allow direct access to the acquired quality data, together with statistical evaluation. High-speed joining systems NCFQ for high-speed assembly and joining technology

The NCFQ high-speed joining system is equipped with a high precision piezoelectric force sensor as standard. This version is ideal for applications with high speeds and short cycle times where no acceleration compensation is required. For processes with extremely short cycle times, the Advanced system also
offers integrated acceleration compensation, which detects and compensates for the acceleration forces of the linear module- a decisive advantage when there is no time for taring during the process.

Like the Standard system, the Advanced system also features a high precision piezoelectric force sensor. A highly sensitive piezoelectric acceleration sensor and an industrial charge amplifier are also integrated. This combination makes it possible to automatically filter out the acceleration forces generated by the linear module
so that only the actual joining forces are detected. This enables a significant reduction in production cycle times, while ensuring more precise measurement and comprehensive documentation of all quality-relevant joining forces. The system can be configured with different sensors and linear modules in different stroke lengths and force ranges depending on requirements.

The magnet-based drive technology of the LinMot linear module enables accelerations of up to 50 m/s² and speeds of up to 5 m/s. In addition, the module features the magnetic spring MagSpring, which supports safe operation.

HudroPur Hudrostatic Filter

The HydroPur hydrostatic filter is a filter fleece for cleaning cooling lubricants during material removal operations.
-Use as an independent cleaning unit (e.g. when grinding) or in combination with chip conveyors (e.g. when milling, turning)
-Local (for one machine tool) or central use (for several machine tools) possible
The combination of vacuum technology and filter fleece cuts operating costs through low fleece consumption and reduced loss of cooling lubricants. Thanks to a modular system, the HydroPur hydrostatic filter can be configured to individual requirements.

Aerosol Master MQL

The MQL system AerosolMasterTM is suitable for almost all manufacturing processes with geometrically determined cutting edges, e.g. on processing centers, transfer lines, turning, milling, drilling and sawing machines. Thanks to the broad product range and unique ATS (aerosol dry lubrication) technology, the systems are suitable for both simple and complex processes.

Centrifugal pumps

KNOLL centrifugal pumps are available as submersible- or block pumps. These flow machines are used primarily on machine tools to convey cooling lubricants.
As return pumps, they transport the chips/cooling lubricant mixture to filters/separators. They then supply the machines again with the cleaned cooling lubricant. Thanks to their solid and robust design, the KNOLL coolant pumps have a high load capacity and a long durability.
