INFORMATION FOR THOSE WITH ACCESSIBILITY NEEDS
MACH will be taking place in Halls 17, 18, 19, 20 & 6 of the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham (20-24 April 2026).
Entry to MACH is free so visitor can attend with carers at no charge.
The NEC has detailed guides relating to the facilities that it has available onsite for those with access needs or who require special facilities. Visit the NEC Access Page and click through to the ‘AccessAble’ page for the venue, MACH is held on the Atrium side of the campus but those arriving by train will pass through the Piazza side and may wish to check those facilities as well.
The AccessAble guide has lots of pictures of the facilities as well as detailed specifications for the equipment, fixtures and fittings so attendees can feel confident about what is available on site.
We encourage all exhibitors to pre-register for the event to ensure ease of access but for those registering on site the central registration desk outside Hall 20 entrance is staffed at all times and they will be able to assist those with access needs with the registration process.
All assistance dogs are welcome but please be aware some of the machinery in operation is very loud and the event can be very crowded, particularly on Wednesday.
SEMINARS
Step free access to seminar theatres is standard and spaces are available for wheelchair users withing the theatres.
Seats can also be reserved at the front of the theaters for those with hearing or visual impairments by emailing [email protected]
