Make your stand ‘Show Ready’!

Show Ready is a new way of exhibiting at MACH made possible by a collaboration between the MTA and GES which enables exhibitors to purchase their stand space and a modular stand build with bespoke graphics on a single contract from the MTA.

Rates

The show ready rates for MACH 2024 are set at:

MTA Member   £625/m² + VAT

Non-Member    £725/m² + VAT

How does it work?

  1. Select you preferred stand from the floorplan as usual and request the show ready rate.
  2. Choose your stand layout from the catalogue of available designs.
  3. Pick your carpet colour, add any extras such as furniture.
  4. Upload your artwork.

That is it! Your stand will be taken care of and ready for you to exhibit.

What are the advantages?

Fix the cost of your stand build alongside the stand cost and spread the payments to aid budgeting and cashflow.

Zero fuss; GES is one of the official suppliers to the MACH exhibition and as such you have far less admin than with a third party contractor. This means you can have the look and feel of a custom-built stand but safe on the amount of company time required to organise the stand build.

What is included?

The structure and graphics print, lighting, carpet, electrical sockets and all installation/dismantling. All you need to do is send in the design and add furniture and we can help with both those things as well.
